Personál milý, usměvavý a vstřícný. Pokoje čisté a pohodlné.
9.0Snídaně dobré, dalo se vždy z nabídky vybrat. Lokalita kousek od Vranovské přehrady, tedy super. Dostatek místa na zaparkování automobilu a uskladnění kol. Kousíček vedle hned prodejna COOP. Jídlo v restauraci vynikající a zákusky též.
− Odpadkový koš by mohl být na pokoji malinko větší a hlavně s fungujícím odklápěním víka. Sem tam zkontrolovat lampičky a vyměnit nefunkční žárovky.
