7.0Lage direkt hinterm Deich, sehr ruhige Lage. Schwimmbad im Haus.
− Die Wohnung wäre an sich ausreichend groß. Leider ist sie mit unnützen Dingen zugestellt, dass man sich kaum ausbreiten kann. So gibt es 4 Stühle in Küche und auf dem Balkon obwohl max 2 Leute in der Wohnung schlafen können. CD, DVD Spieler sind ebenfalls unnütz. Es wirkt als ob man alte nicht mehr benötigte Dinge dort abgeladen hat.
