6.0Die Lage am See ist wirklich großartig. Die Ruhe ist traumhaft, perfekt zum entspannen. Man hat einen direkten Zugang zum See, was für Angler sehr gut ist. Der Uferbereich ist jedoch extrem verkrautet, man fängt trotzdem, aber mit dem Boot geht es besser. Der Besitzer hat immer zügig geantwortet, dass ist positiv zu erwähnen.
− Das ganze Grundstück war vor einigen Jahren mit Sicherheit mal eine 10/10. Die Lage am See ist super, aber es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Defekte Vorhänge, kaputte Schubladen in der Küche, die Ruderhalterungen am Boot sind defekt, die Nägel auf Terrasse und Steg stehen raus bzw. Sind um den Whirlpool kaputt, in der Sauna splittert das Holz oder ist verbrannt. Die Garten- Möbel zerfallen, wie das ganze Grundstück. Es wächst alles zu und ist ungepflegt. Wenn man die Bewertungen liest, alles Dinge die nicht neu sind und schon seit längerem (Jahren) bestehen. Mein Gefühl: so lange es Leute gibt die es mieten, wird nichts gemacht., obwohl man mit wenig Arbeit viel machen könnte. Ein Preis von fast 300 Euro die Nacht ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen, was eigentlich schade ist, da das ganze Potential hat.

10.0The cottage is right beside a lake with a gorgeous view from the leaving room! The patio and the jacuzzi were absolutely fabulous.
− It would have been better to have two toilets rather than just one in a 6 person accommodation.
