4.0No facilities on site (construction on site facilities being knocked down). Was not informed of the situation prior to booking, very poor.

9.0− The shower, the temp didnt stay the same and the pressure was very low. Pressure can easily be sorted with a different type of shower head. The top stair up to the door is a major hazard!! Needs to be fixed ASAP before someone trips and hurts themselves badly. Im surprised it hasn't already been sorted tbh. Especially knowing young children stay, as we all know they are not always the best ballance on thier feet.

− Burnt-out and dangerous electric extension cable Chipped glasses Toilet seat didn’t fit properly and therefore broke Collapsed decking due to poor maintenance causing injury Veneer pealing off furniture / cupboards Rusty radiators Broken washing up bowl Lounge light bulb not working Wallpaper peeling off Outside light broken and unusable Intermittent WiFi - only usable 50% of the time No pool or leisure facilities, as advertised No cafe / restaurant, as advertised No onsite shop, as advertised No on-site facilities of any sort, as advertised
Ok apart from goong to bed !!
8.0Very warm. Very clean. Had Wifi Everything there we needed as in utensils. crockery etc.
− The lack of room in bedrooms. Main bedroom had to walk sideways to get into bed. Too close to walls. Only used 1 room. Other beds, no room at all between the singles. Don't know how on earth cleaner makes the beds up. Ridiculously no room
