10.0Cleanliness, friendly staff, amazing location, easy to sign out complimentary boats, great coffee and muffins.
The grounds were nicely kept and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
10.0Nice view of the lake and mountains in the distance. Free kayaking. Very convenient location to stores. Only a couple of miles away from the main street that runs through Lake Placid, but far enough away to avoid crowds.

9.0Family run, breakfast included is a stretch but little breakfast/lunch place right across the street. Attempted to extend our stay by 1 night but they wre booked.
