1.0− Não teve hospedagem, pois ao chegar no local o quarto não correspondia ao anúncio. Tentamos fazer upgrade para um que atendesse ao mínimo que esperávamos (mesmo não sendo justo). A atendente nos passou o valor de R$20 a mais. Quando fomos até a recepção acertar a diferença, ela disse que ligou pro gerente e o mesmo informou que seria necessário pagar um valor bem mais alto, fora da realidade. Como não concordamos com as divergências e oportunismo com que fomos recebidos, tivemos de ir embora sem outro local pra dormir Não foi feito reembolso, total prejuizo lamentavem tanto com a plataforma quanto com esse lugar

8.0Fui muito bem atendido pela Regina e depois pela Karina, parabéns eu indico e recomendo esse local.
− Eu não consegui acessar a televisão em programação normal, acabei não utilizando. Eu fui com a minha esposa à Poços de Caldas para apreciar o evento dos carros antigos, não consegui hospedagem na região central, por isso fiquei aí à 10 km do centro, mas foi bom.
