It was pleasant for an overnight stop.
6.0The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. It was great to see the Kauri trees in the garden. The beds were very comfortable.

It might be fine for a very short stay if expectations are kept low.
7.0The Motel is centrally located and easy to find.
− Unfortunately, there was road construction right outside the entrance, making it dusty and not very convenient to get in and out. The room facilities are quite outdated. It seems the hot water supply was limited coz after a few people showered, there was no hot water left. Wi-Fi was not available in Room 7 upstairs, which was inconvenient. The staff’s attitude was average and not particularly welcoming.

7.0Our host was a very friendly helpful man. Although the decor is dated the room was very spacious. It had everything we needed and we could park right outside the door of our unit. It is very close to the shops, supermarket and places to eat. Great for budget travellers like us!
