Disappointing Property NOT recommended
2.0− property in desperate need of renovations. Original condition (many years old). Wouldn't expect this type of property on booking.com. Staff struggled with english - I believe they were Chinese. Heater wasn't working got a replacement - floor electric unit. Bathroom very old. Needed help to get the TV working. NOT HAPPY
Was reasonable enough and gave us a place to stay at late notice in a period of high bookings in town

Good, clean motel with good facilities in Greymouth
7.0Good sized room with kitchenette, very clean and a comfortable bed. Owner/manager very helpful and phoned a tour I had booked so that we were picked up at the motel instead of having to walk to a different pickup point.
