Comfortable. Unfortunately holiday spirit dented by some not so good experience.
7.0Spacious room. Nice and friendly foreign workers helping to maintain the building. Close to supermarket
− No room cleaning. Mostly self service. Exorbitant charges luggage disposal. Beware! Experienced earthquake during our stay
Good convenient location
8.0Good location. Various JR / Metro station within 10 mins walks. Very quiet during night. Decent size room consider the location. Large supermarket next door.
− Carpet need some deeper cleaning. Leather slipper provided but not very clean.

− 6人には少々狭かった トイレの換気扇がきかなかった マキタの掃除機は助かったが、掃除機からの排気が臭くて子供が嫌がった（本体の清掃が必要）
Excellent location, the studio was cozy and convenient.

9.0Camera molto spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi. Camera dotata di tutto. Comoda con diversi locali e supermercati a pochi minuti di distanza
− Anche se avevamo prenotato per 4, i letti pronti erano solo 2 quindi abbiamo dovuto fare gli altri due letti sa soli cercando nella camera lenzuola e coperte.
