The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs.

The location

− It was not clean. There was trash under the couch. Pots and pans were not clean. Light fixture in bathroom dirty. Sheets and pillows were dirty and had dirt and leaves in the bedding. Walking downstairs had leaves and bugs so we had to clean that up first. Heater didn't really work well that's why we took bedding off the back room bed. The coffee make had lots of coffee ground in side the coffee maker. There was dust under TV. I really think the cleaning deposit should be sent to me and not the one you pay to clean because it was not clean. Leslie I talked to a few times on the phone she is awesome. A special thank you to her for all her help . No closet or washer or dryer . I could of got a 3 bedroom 3 bath 2 blocks from where your place is for 313.00 for the 2 nights.

Stacy is by far the powerhouse of this entire deal. Very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable to your every need or question. The cottage is conveniently located and stocked with all the necessities. A total win-win for anyone considering renting this property.
