8.0Great apartment, very clean and well furnished/equipped. AC and hot water worked great. Did not test wifi. Smartlock for checkin/access to apartment. Remote for access to outside car gate. Worked great before going to the airport. Checkin could be enhanced with better building location info (eg google map link or providing building name/address) since we had to call the owner to find out with the help of the local people...

10.0The condo was new, clean and well kept, great view of the beach and sunset. It provided a good base for our exploring. Guayacanes is more in a regular neighborhood, which we desired. It is just across from a great beach, with several breakfast and dinner options. I would suggest a car to get to the several sites around like tres ojos, cueva de la Maravilles, Santo Domingo, San Juan de Macoris, Parque National Cotubanama. Much better than the all inclusives.

10.0Wonderful experience with Kenia our host. The property is very nicely decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen is very well equipped. Pool available, but we choose the sea. The beach is across the street. Less than a 2 minutes walk. Definitely will come back!
