10.0Whenever I am in Dominica, I will stay at Villa Copthall. The staff is exceptionally courteous and attentive. Breakfast and Dinner on site with Bar was clutch. Parking is available and secure. The area is quiet and serene and close to downtown.

10.0Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en erg betrokken. Ze checkten regelmatig bij ons in en deden er alles aan om ons thuis te laten voelen en ons te verwennen. Ze waren oprecht geïnteresseerd en er was veel persoonlijke aandacht. Naast de fantastische locatie, dicht bij vele highlights, gaf het hotel een ontspannen, lokale feel maar met absolute internationale standaard. Wij zouden het aan iedereen aan kunnen raden!

10.0The manager, Herman, and his staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the room was comfortable and just what we needed.

8.0Property was exactly as described in the photos they provided. Rooms have the basics, nothing fancy but were clean. Location was great for us in Roseau Valley as we needed to be in that area. Also very close to Roseau. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We got breakfast included which was a local fruit plate, coffee, fresh juice, toast and jam. They also do have eggs and bacon and pancakes available for an additional cost (which was tasty).
