− Everything it was dirty, the tv didn’t work the bed was dirty the sofa stained just a total trap place

− A última hora me cambió la ubicación de la casa quedamos en picadilly a cape street . Para la entrada quede para recibir la llave ala 15h y le escribe 20minutos antes y me entregaron la llave ala 17:30 esperando en la calle con frío y lloviznando ,de lo peor aparte tenía la salida la 13h y se aparece ala 10:00 que le de la llave ,y el día anterior a mi salida se pasó para decirme donde le dejara la llave. así que no entiendo nd una completa locura. No lo recomiendo
A truly awful experience. Avoid at all costs
1.0The heating and toilet worked. And there was loo roll
− Cockroaches in carpet and walls, no bathroom towels - to be expected if shower facilities advertised, no kitchen towels or dish cleaning products - to be expected if advertised as usable kitchen facilities. The bed mattress was absolutely awful: Broken springs and dreadfully uncomfortable. The kitchen units had doors missing and laid to the side. The window blinds were broken with missing slats meaning there was no privacy. Smoke detectors were covered over with plastic covers, meaning they were completely ineffective and in breach of letting rules. To summarise, this is the worst room I have ever stayed in. Truly awful.

− There was an awful smell! I ended up having to book a hotel. There was a pile of spare TVS in the corner. It was just horrendous! 1 cup. Just a massive NO!
