clean and location got for the price
8.0the entrance on the side of the house was fine. the fence was suppose to have a string you pull and when i arrived i was able to reach over the gate to unlock it. once you open the door there is a step down in the dark i didn't know about. i felt the unit was cold and only 1 blanket and a thin bedspread, maybe a space heater. the fact that there was no tv didn't bother me. i just needed a bed to rest my head on and it was clean. I did hear a dog crying in another unit but he went to sleep i guess. i would stay there again.
