The condo is in a great location. We walked to Old Town Scottsdale one night. It was a 25 min walk. The pool is right outside the patio door which was very convenient.

− The permanent owners at the complex are uptight. They aren't very friendly at the pool and have created some silly rules.

The property itself is a great location and very clean. Close to restaurants and grocery. When we arrived the property smelled horribly of marijuana. Carpets do need cleaned.

Overall we loved the condo, great kitchen supplies and the patio was awesome. We loved and enjoyed the pool every day. W

Location to Scottsdale was wonderful. Walking distance to great restaurants, groceries stores and the downtown core which is so sweet.

− The knocking noises from refrigerator kept us up all night long. Once of the bathrooms needs TLC, rust on top of the shower bar, ceramic wall pieces falling or crumbing. Would have appreciated foil paper and or plastic wrap. Salt and Pepper mills that are filled and work well. Lastly the hand soap seemed water down. Not sure if the cleaning staff or precious guests caused that.
