6.0Looked nice and well appointed. Visit was for Doncaster Races with dad and two grown up sons. Marketed as 4 person place, however, comfort score low as the sofa bed was absolutely the worst and most uncomfortable thing to sleep on ever, 2 nights no sleep!

10.0The accomadation was welcoming and clean. Ideal location to explore Doncaster out of the main center but still close and scenic with the lake. The landlord had left a little snack basket for us. And the bed was really comfortable.
