Leaving straight away

− Everything, this is a scam it shouldnt be allowed on booking. Com Pictures are fake it looks nothing like that, now I know it's cgi Bed was shit it had a hole in the mattress, floor and walls were dirty, door to communal balcony unable to lock. Very unsafe .noisy We had to move into another room only after contacting booking .com to help us It was 10.30 at night after a long flight otherwise we would have left and stayed elsewhere, I could spend hours writing how bad it was Bottom line if you want somewhere to leave your dog for the night you found it

− Arrivato davanti alla struttura non è stato possibile avere la chiave. Consigliano di andare a ritirarla nel ristorante di fianco ma è errato e il ristoratore è stufo di questa situazione. Vendono stanza anche se non le hanno e poi danno la colpa a booking.

Everything was bad if I could refund I would instantly cancel the booking and look for another property

Nothing. Everything was in worst condition it felt like an accommodation in a ghetto

− I didn’t like that there was no warm water for showering in the morning. No shower gel in the bathrooms. No cups for tea. No instructions on how to open the digital locking doors. Tv not working. No batteries in the remote controls
