− The second bed was a fold out couch in terrible shape, should be thrown out. Chilly outside and no heat in the room

20 min. nach Buchung bat mich das Hotel, die Buchung zu stornieren - es sei ein Fehler gewesen. Wieso muss der Gast den Buchungsfehler korrigieren?!? Es war schlechtes Wetter und wir standen mit zwei Fahrrädern quasi vor dem Hotel. Auf Fragen von mir wurde nicht schriftlich geantwortet, telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Es wurde keine Lösung für diese misslichen Lage angeboten.
