I booked this property for two nights (April 16–17) and paid in full with my credit card. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I attempted to contact the host starting Thursday at 3:00 PM, but there was no response—no answer to phone calls and no reply to emails. When my family and I arrived at the property around 11:00 PM that night, we still had no way to reach anyone or access the unit. This was a very stressful situation, especially since I was traveling with my children, including my six-year-old daughter, and my mother-in-law. Arriving late at night without accommodations is unacceptable. Thankfully, with the help of Booking.com customer service, I was able to cancel the reservation and secure another property. The new host was responsive, professional, and provided the level of service that should be standard. Based on this experience, I do not believe this property should be listed on Booking.com. A basic level of communication and customer support is essential, and this host failed to meet even the minimum expectations. Very poor service. I would not recommend this property.

− El equipamiento es malo, apenas habían copas de vino , la sartén es muy antigua y se pega todo , no hay juegos de mesa de ningún tipo, el agua del fregadero es apenas un hilo , lo cual lo hace muy incómodo , las sombrillas de playa están rotas.

Exceptionally clean!! The entire property was beautiful and clean.

− Shower pressure in the master bathroom wasn’t very strong and the hot water for the master bathroom sink took several minutes to become hot. Neither was an issue for us.

Loved the house, few mishaps

The decor was gorgeous and everything was very clean. Super spacious!

− The window in the master bedroom was broken. The curtain in the master bedroom broke when I tried to close it. There was a frog in our toilet.

Relaxing getaway with fabulous pool

The code for the door was ready for us in our app before we arrived so as soon as we pulled up to the house we were able to start unloading. They had a lovely welcome basket for us and the house had been freshly updated. Plenty of room for our family of four plus our little Yorkie who loved lounging by the pool. The pool is screened in and lovely, just wish they had four lounge chairs instead of three but it would have been tight so maybe that's why. Having the table poolside was great so we ate there for every meal that we didn't eat out. Lovely city and surrounding area. We enjoyed walking to the beach one day and the beach is beautiful however we spent more time poolside relaxing. If we plan another vacation in Naples, we would most likely stay at the same house again.

− One extra pool lounge chair as we're a family of four and there were only three chairs. But otherwise, it was awesome! Would suggest that even though they clearly explain in their communications which bin is for trash and which is for recycling, people are dumb and/or don't read so maybe mark the recycling lid with RECYCLING as well as someone before us had thrown some trash in it and there was a half an English bagel stuck to the bottom.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home.

Great location, beautiful home, comfortable

− Pool had too much chlorine; my kids eyes were irritated after one hour of swimming. Their eyes were burning, beat red, tearing and couldn’t keep them open. I had to run to cvs for eye drops. Also baby roaches were getting into the master bathroom and master bedroom. Would notice them scrambling around once I would turn on the light. They managed to get in from cracks in the bathroom, from the outside wall under the window and grout under the toilet stand.
