Absolutely stunning building on a beautiful property. The hosts were all very friendly, kind, and helpful, not to mention speak several languages fluently. Suzanna is also available as a tour guide if needed so be sure to ask! We absolutely loved our 16 day stay here and recommend it to everyone that we know!

I have lived in Costa Rica and stayed in several places but this one is really unique . Beyond the beauty of the site , the whole lodge is stylish and elegant . It is quiet and relaxing and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend Canal Grande Lodge !

I can’t express enough how much I enjoyed my stay here. Besides the hotel being absolutely beautiful, I was blown away by how incredibly welcoming and accommodating the staff were. Breakfast was amazing every day, and they offered to cook me dinner every night as well. I could go on and on about it, but I will just say that you should absolutely stay here if you go to CR! The only thing I could see as an issue for some people is that the rooms are not air conditioned, so just be aware of that ahead of time.
