7.0− Achei os quartos antigos, paredes bem sujas e mofadas. Frigobar tb não estava tão limpo. Banheiro antigo. Chuveiro estava excelente. Funcionários bastante educados, gentis.

− Tenebroso. Arrendaram as instalações do antigo e decadente Hotel Caiçara e não se deram ao trabalho de passar uma tinta nas paredes. Carpete dos corredores imundo e manchado, paredes do quarto com sinais de umidade, o salão do café idem. O chuveiro é ruim e o banheiro velho e mal mantido. Imagino a higiene das caixas d'água... A equipe (nem todos) se esforça para ser atenciosa, mas o conjunto é horrível e não vale, nem o que cobra e nem as mentiras que a empresa Bravo escreve no site.
