The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well set up, making it easy to settle in right away. Great location close to everything we needed, with clear instructions and smooth communication throughout our stay.

Great spot, but could be more comfortable

The location was great

− The main bed and lounge were very uncomfortable. 3 bedroom apartment has a 2 seater lounge which was broken. The charge of $65 for a late check in was unfair as I assume that would be the same check in to the apartment.

Location, size, security, value

− Some broken items, or not working . Couch uncomfortable. Beds could be more comfortable.

Everything was excellent. Hosts are always available to speak with, and easy to talk to.

Location was easy to find and everything I need was properly communicated on time. Instructions were clear and the hosts were always ready to assist when I needed a little bit of help. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, and everything i need is already present. The area is easily accessible to public transportation, and going around the city is a breeze.
