Ein Appartment mit Renovierungsbedarf
6.0− Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht öffnen. Gleichzeitig ließ sich der Vorhang nicht schließen, weil er in der Balkontür eingeklemmt war. Die hunderte von Zigarettenstummeln im überdimensionalen Behälter auf dem Balkon waren nicht schön anzusehen. Es gab keine Dusche, lediglich eine sehr veraltete Badewanne. Es gab keine Mischbaterie für das kalte bzw. heiße Wasser im Bad.

7.0Goeie centrale ligging. Appartement is verouderd maar dat is niet zodadelijk storend om te verblijven.
− Wat wel een ontgoocheling was, is het feit dat keukeninhoud niet echt proper was, de koffiezet totaal verkalkt waardoor het gemakkelijk halfuur duurt tegen dat hij doorgelopen was, de waterkoker werkt niet, geen douchegordijn en stop in bad past niet...jammer want daardoor heb ik het gevoel dat ondanks de redelijke prijs, de verhouding prijs/kwaliteit niet echt goed zit.
