I was left feeling scammed with no one to talk to
1.0Amazing location. That is it.
− BEWARE BEFORE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE! Horrible experience with them. First of all the room was even smaller than we expected. No room to lay down 1 suitcase to open, let alone the fact that it's a "double room". Staff was unavailable. I contacted them first about the fact that the refrigerator that I needed wasn't working, they argued with me that im wrong. Eventually they gave in and said they would take care of it which they never did. The elevator to the building did not work, we had to walk up and down to the fifth floor of a building with super tall ceilings, so many many many stairs. When we notified them about it they just never responded. Other tenants in the building confirmed that this is the norm with the elevator, so take into consideration you will have to hike every time. The room itself is filthy, water damaged, moldy all over (disgusting black mold especially in the shower) and completely dusty. Wall paper is pealing showing moldy walls. The fact that the ly haven't even answered my text to them about the elevator not working in the building shows how much they don't care for the renters. BEWARE!!!

9.0Ubicación perfecta, hemos ido andando a todos los puntos de interés, muy cerca de la Fontana di Trevi y el Panteón. El checkin fácil y cómodo no hemos tenido ningún problema.
− Por decir algo, hay unas escaleras del ascensor a la habitación, para mi no ha supuesto ningún problema pero es una cosa que se debe tener en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida o si viajas con mucho equipaje.

10.0Потрясающее место. Расположение просто идеальное, до основных достопримечательностей рукой подать. Рядом несколько супермаркетов с отличным выбором (в tigre выбор лучше, просторнее и ближе к отелю). Номер с балконом, с которого открывается прекрасный вид на город. Высокий этаж, красота. Есть лифт, так что не переживайте за багаж.
− Не совсем минус, скорее примечание. Ресепшен находится в отдельном здании. У меня не проходила оплата городского налога на сайте и пришлось идти оплачивать наличкой в их офис, сперва не совсем поняла где вход, но быстро разобралась
