− Últimamente me ha venido tocando ver qué hay huéspedes, cómo que vienen en grupos familiares y se salen a platicar en los pasillos y no dejan dormir, sobre todo quienes llevan niños empiezan a correr y hacer desorden, está última vez tuve qué hablar a recepción para qué los callarán ya qué era tarde y seguían afuera en los pasillos cotorreando cómo si estuvieran en una reunión dominical en casa, sería conveniente poner algunos letreros en los pasillos solicitando respeto y silenció a los huéspedes apartir de ciertas horas de la noche.

Beautiful views, and a perfect location.
10.0The location of this hotel from the central plaza was perfect. Just a short walk maybe 5 minutes from all the hustle and bustle of the plaza. Also, one of the cleanest and most modern hotels in the city. The parking area is perfect as well. Also has a beautiful view of the basilica from the room we had on the 4th floor.
− I think the place is almost perfect. If I'm nitpicking, a bar that is open late inside the hotel and a swimming pool would be the only big improvements I could see. Otherwise, this place is literally perfect. Oh, and the TV didn't work in our room, but we were there to visit family and explore the city, so it really didn't matter to us.
