Lots of difficulties but ultimately just acceptable. Beware the never ending stairs.

Comfortable sofas and King bed. Internet access was good

− No coffee pot - one was delivered after phone call. Very difficult to figure out how to get TV to show anything, eventually we got to Netflix. We complained on phone but never heard back. Big carpet stain in middle of hall near front door that we did not want to have attributed to us, so I took a picture when we came in. This may be our fault, but we did not understand that we would have to go up lots of stairs outside just to get to first floor, and then get to 2nd floor, and then 3rd floor where master bedroom was located. No bathroom on the 2nd floor, where kitchen and family room are located, was a bit of a pain.

The property is quite old and had a noticeable musty odor upon arrival. Unfortunately, it did not have central air conditioning, and the rooms were equipped only with portable units, which made it uncomfortable—especially since my family and I were preparing for a funeral and needed to get ready in the heat. There was also no cable TV available during our stay. Additionally, we experienced two lockouts. The first occurred due to a change in the access passcode, which we were not informed about in advance. The second happened because the bottom door knob locks from the inside, and once closed, we were unable to re-enter. This design flaw should be addressed to avoid future issues. Overall, the experience was inconvenient and not as expected.
