− Appears that there is only 1 cleaner designated per floor, housekeeping tend to be slower

Enjoyable stay & short walk to Clarke Quay

Clean & tidy. Filtered drinking water in bathroom. Good water pressure in shower. Complementary snacks & beverages in fridge & ice cream between 3-6pm. Swimming pool very refreshing.

− We didn’t see there was a button to select for housekeeping so we missed out - however we just swapped our towels from the trolley

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. It was wverything we needed

It was well located, clean and comfortable

− Its a minor niggle but a proper cupboard to unpack would have been nice

Stayed here for 2 nights back in May. Initially booked a Superior Queen but was upgraded to a Deluxe Queen room at check-in. Room was compact but nice and clean, with very refreshing colour schemes. Bed was very comfortable. The best part was that every thing provided at the minibar were complimentary, including snacks and drinks. The top-floor restaurant (payable) offered fantastic views of the pool and garden. Also, Sean at the reception was incredibly helpful and informative. Once I had trouble opening the pack of chips and called the reception for a pair of scissors, he immediately brought this to my room and cut the pack open for me. At check-out, he also offered me the comlimentary post-check out shower facilities, for which I eventually didn't make use of due to time constraints. Here I'd like to express my gratitude to him.

− Gym - Located at top floor. Very tiny with minimal equipment. Unstaffed and air-con was not on. Luggage storage space in room - Positioned right at the room entrance. Too small and narrow to fit in my large suitcase. If I placed my suitcase there, it would block the entrace. I ended up placing the suitcase on the floor.
