I guess for London and the price it was okay but wouldn’t stay again
4.0Good location for access to transport. Room had aircon.
− The sofa bed was not made up when we arrived and there were only two towels when we have 3 people staying in the room. There was only an uncovered duvet so extra bedding had to be sourced and we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves which I’ve never experienced before in any hotel. The sofa bed was also old, stained and did not lie flat when we folded it out.
Very basic. Low standards. Definitely would not recommend or use again.
4.0Bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable.
− Had to phone on arrival to gain access as no door code had been provided. The room was very tired looking. The sofa bed we didn't use as it had several questionable stains on it. The brief interaction with the staff member on arrival wasn't very welcoming. The shower head was very gruby looking. The posters in the lift made me slightly nervous ( stating anyone using vapes, cigarettes, cannabis or nitrous oxide would be removed from the property!). The location was behind a petrol garage and we could hear a neighbouring car wash being used at all hours. The TV in the room would randomly switch on and seemed to be controlled by someone in another neighbouring room.
No issues at all. Very clean and modern room. Staff were great.

8.0Clean spacious room, comfy beds. Good location for Wembley Stadium event. Read reviews and only needed a bed for the night, so expectations were met.
− Shower wasnt great and 2 hairdryers in room but both broken. ok for a 1 or 2 night stay for the money.

7.0I like it was clean & compact having all that you would need, it had good transport links.
− I didn't like the shower it extremely poor with no water from the overhead shower, with a lot of limescale on it & just enough water from a hand-held shower.. The bed would squeak when you moved on it . It was a shame as everything else was spot on & reasonably priced. I did inform the reception who apologised & said they would look into it.
