Great apartment and hosts

We really liked the apartment. It was clean, had AC in every room, was beautifully decorated (modern, warm, and with Venetian style), and was in a great location. Also, the service provided by Amir and the rest of the staff was excellent.

Beautiful apartment in a great central location in Venice.

Beautiful apartment centrally located in the heart of Venice; they helped us book a private water taxi and met us there which was a short 3 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean and perfect for our family of 5 people. They provided recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

− This was likely user error but 2 of the 3 showers had scalding hot water and we couldn't figure out how to get it turned to cold to make it more comfortable.

Location - very well located and easy to find. Person delivering the keys was awesome - had a map, suggestions, told us a lot about the property, answered questions Enjoyed the balcony

− Instructions for washing machine could me more explicit especially for non-European travelers. It took us much longer than it should have to do laundry. One of the drying racks was broken

Location was ok

− Although the apartment is great... the entrance of the building is through their storage, not welcoming at all. The door lock is also very inconvenient to find from the inside and outdated. I feel these are very easy things to fix and surprised that the owners haven't done anything about it. Very lazy :)
