Hotel was lovely, customer service was not the best - we didn’t get the room we paid for but she insisted we did. Will be contacting hotels.com for partial refund but other than that lovely stay.

Nous avons passé le week-end avec une porte fenêtre cassée qui ne fermait pas Propreté de la salle de bain très très limite Trou dans le rideau et des draps qui ne sont pas à la taille du lit

Bonjour, En réservant sur votre site une chambre avec vue sur le port, je pensais vraiment avoir vue sur le port mais rien de rien!!! Nous étions au rez de chaussée d’une terrasse qui elle donnait sur le port mais sauf à être dans une chambre à l’étage, vous ne voyez RIEN. De plus, cet hôtel est classé 4*, je croyais que pour avoir ce classement, les toilettes devaient être séparées de la salle de bain, dans cet établissement les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain!! Avec un petit déjeuner basique, nous avons payé ~210€, c’est trop cher payé. Je m’aperçois qu’en réservant sur Hôtel.com, je n’ai jamais la meilleure chambre de la catégorie. Je pense donc arrêter de passer par votre site. Bonn continuation, Pascal

Bjr très bon séjour dans cet hôtel spa. Personnel de la réception à l écoute et arrangeant merci Rebecca 😊. Super expérience au SPA très bon accueil, massage super PRO, les esthéticiennes sont très sympas piscine sauna hammam parfait, une petite boisson détox fraîche serait la bienvenue avant ou après les soins ). La chambre 404 malheureusement petite pour le prix même si la vue est magnifique mais avons eu le droit d’ y rester avec notre vieille petite chienne. Ensuite nous avons rajouté 2 autres nuits au dernier moment et avons eu une chambre au premier étage super spacieuse ( parfait pour nous qui sommes grands de taille 😄 ). Le personnel de restauration pas toujours hyper souriant, cela dépend sur qui on tombe. Pas de room service hors horaire d ouverture du resto dommage. Les dames femmes de chambre sont très gentilles aussi, toujours une réponse aux questions et un conseil à donner. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement. Bonne continuation à tous
