7.0Dari sisi pelayanan sangat baik sebelum kami memilih kamar, dilihat dulu sebelum dibayar dan menginap. bagi anak muda mungkin ini sangat baik sebagai tempat alternatif. tapi bagi lansia kurang baik karena kalau naik tangga harus ekxtra hati hati. Pengalaman kemarin saya mendampingi para lansia, yang diperhatikan adalah naik turun tangga dan WC/KM. Karena kemarin memang masih ada beberapa perbaikan untuk beberapa kamar. Ini adalah penginapan murah.

Bedbugs
1.0The staff were friendly.
− I had bedbugs in my room. I saw two in the morning. The headboard was covered in their poo. When I showed the cleaner, he squished it and said he’d put the mattress out in the sun but it was the headboard that was attached to the wall that was the problem. I asked the receptionist for a refund and he said there was nothing he could do and to contact booking.com which was quite disappointing. Without the bedbugs, it would’ve been a good, budget stay but it seemed like they knew they had the problem and didn’t rectify it when a customer complained.
Reasonable value but no kettle was a deal breaker. The bathroom could be repaired.
2.0Reasonable value for money.
− No breakfast. Almost 8 km from the airport and not near anything significant. No kettle for hot water. The room was nothing more than a bed and a small desk-like chair. The bathroom was the worst. The sink was almost falling off the wall - the space was filled with silicone, now black from time. The plumbing for the sink was disconnected and basically drained onto the floor. The shower holder was broken so it had become a hand held. I skipped my shower.

10.0Stay here for 1 night. It was fine! The facilities are good and clean! The staff are also nice and friendly! They will help you with everything.
