− Das Personal war mehr als unfreundlich und nicht zuvorkommend. Mein Bett war voller Haare, ich bin dann zur Rezeption um zu fragen, ob man das ändern kann, war die Antwort das man da jetzt erstma nichts tun kann weil das House keeping Personal schon weg ist. Er ist dann trotzdem mit gekommen hat Fotos gemacht und ist dann gegangen. Ich bin dann wieder hin und musste nachfragen. Ich bekam ein neues Zimmer. Die Tür ging auf und es gab auf erste Sicht nur zwei einzelbetten nebeneinander und in dem einen lag ein halb nackter Mann. Als ich dann nachfragte ob das jetzt hier echt ist gab’s nur als Antwort ich könnte jetzt entscheiden ob ich mit dem Mann in einem Zimmer schlafen möchte oder in dem Haar Bett. Am nächsten Tag erklärte ich dann dass ich mich nicht wohl fühlte und wollte gerne die nächste Nacht stornieren. Das Personal kam mir keineswegs entgegen. Abgesehen davon war das Hostel wenig sozial und mehr alte Menschen oder Familien. Alle Aktivitäten haben auch nicht stattgefunden ohne Bescheid zu geben. Ich musste nachfragen bzw. bin ich extra früh aufgestanden für Yoga und es ist ausgefallen und niemand wusste Bescheid.

10.0Great vibe, super clean as well. We had no problems whatsoever and even had parking inside for us. Anabella and Javiera were super nice to us and made us feel at home!
