The location was central. Easy access to the city by bus/tube. One ground staff, an Egyptian man, was incredibly kind and helpful. An outstanding worker and very attentive. The communication on WhatsApp from ‘Stayz Guest Support Team’ was good. They responded to request almost immediately.

− The room floor was filthy upon arrival. I was barefoot once and instantly my feet were black. The room did not come with a bath mat so I had to use a towel. From one use on the floor, the towel was filthy dirty. It was clear the floors had not been cleaned. Staff did replace the towel upon request. The kitchen was dirty, in particular the stove top that looked like it had never been cleaned. The cutlery also had not been cleaned properly. The balcony was filthy and had rubbish on the floor. The shower head attachment was also broken so we had to shower by holding the nozzle. Not a major issue, but this added to the dissatisfaction. The level my room was on stunk like someone had been smoking throughout the whole stay. I stayed for 8 days and assumed that towels would be able to be changed at least once. I requested this and was told a ground staff would support but no one ever came. Initially, the TV was missing a remote so we were unable to use for a day. The staff quickly resolved the issue but it was clear the room was not checked prior to our check-in. Overall, whilst I understand this is a ‘good’ priced stay for London, I would much rather pay more for cleanliness and working facilities.

Location

− This hotel apartments has to be the worst I've been to. Definitely not 3 stars. The pictures are no accurate to the rooms. Big dents in walls, sockets hanging off, bathroom not cleaned, hairs on beds, no new towels i can keep going.

Great location but not great professionalism.

Location was great not far from a tube station and shops. Bed was comfy and room had everything you need.

− Checkin was alright but could have sent the door numbers before we arrived. Coffee machine did not work. Check out was vey unclear staff entered room an hour before check out time.

Die Erreichbarkeit des Personals über die WhatsApp Nummer war sehr gut. Man hat sich bemüht sich zeitnah zu kümmern.

− Schade, dass der in der Zimmerbeschreibung angegebene Fernseher nicht zum "normalen" Fernsehen zur Verfügung stand. Nicht jeder hat einen Account für Streamingdienste.

Worst accomodation experience ever, do not be fooled by the high rating

− If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We arrived and left the very same day because we did not feel comfortable staying there. Unfortunately, we still had to spend extra money finding somewhere else to stay, which was a massive expense since we were travelling. The property looked nothing like the photos. In fact, the "room" we were given was not shown anywhere in the listing photos at all. Had it been accurately represented, we never would have booked it. The building had a strong smell of illicit substances throughout, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about staying there. The whole place felt neglected and poorly maintained. Our room looked more like a storage room that had been quickly converted into accommodation than an actual hotel room. There were cracks and holes in the walls, damaged doors, scratches everywhere, and generally everything looked worn out and uncared for. I genuinely cannot understand how this place has such a high rating. The bathroom was also concerning. The door lock barely worked, there was someone else's old body wash left in the shower, and the overall cleanliness did not give us confidence that the room had been properly cleaned. Communication was frustrating from start to finish. Every time we contacted staff, we seemed to be speaking to a different person, and we were often given conflicting or unclear information. The staff were polite enough, but there was nobody actually on-site apart from cleaners. The walls were paper thin. We could hear conversations from neighbours upstairs and across the hall, along with every footstep, door slam, and noise throughout the building. Overall, the property felt dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised.
