Pas le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait à NYC
6.0Emplacement dans un quartier vivant et pas trop loin du métro Une vue très sympa sur Manhattan et le métro aérien La rue est relativement calme un vrai plus. Un plus pour le ménage
− Le manque d’intimité dans la chambre dure à vivre pendant 10 jours - on sort de la douche dans la chambre et le lavabo est dans la chambre aussi. Avec des miroirs qui réflètent tout, obligé de s’habiller dans les toilettes. Aucune place pour ouvrir les valises malheureusement - quelques patères pratiques toutefois pour pendre qq affaires. Certaines personnes de l’accueil semblent un peu blasées et ne font pas vraiment d’efforts pour se faire comprendre par des étrangers. Last but not least la climatisation de la chambre ultra bruyante, impossible de la laisser la nuit en plein été c’est dommage ! Difficilement réglable également.

Great hotel in prime location with friendly stuff and free coffee in the morning
9.0The hotel is great and it's my 4th time I'm coming. Great location and friendly stuff. I love the free coffee in the morning and the extra credit of $15 a day which I both used everyday.
− Some of the rooms (especially the ones close to the bridge) can be a bit loud which is not good if you're a light sleeper like me. But the stuff always tried to help and would give me another room.
Brilliant location, lovely staff, nice rooms, not too spacious, some hidden costs, but some great facilities!
8.0Great location, it’s a 10 minute walk from the subway and you can get Ubers over Williamsburg bridge either way.. The rooms were nice, they were cleaned each day. I got the city view which was worth it to be honest, you can just see Manhattan which is cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my backpack in the lobby and someone called my room to ask and got someone to drop it up!
− It was too costly. I get this is the current state of the economy but it’s a lot of money. You also get charged a deposit on arrival that you only get when you leaves. I didn’t know this. I think also $15 of your total pay goes to a tab each day. Ideal if you’re getting food / drink there but I didn’t so it was wasted money. There’s no fridge in the room and I couldn’t get the tv to work.
