8.0It was great to have the soft play, pool and the rest of the children entertainment on site. Also, a superstore on a walking distance is a good option.

A nice stay until I discovered the dirty mattress on the day I was leaving

− However today on cleaning up and removing the bedding ready for our departure I actually felt sick to find stains of bodily fluid and pubic hair on the mattress that I had been sleeping on. There was no mattress protector on the bed and none of the beds which is a must. This has left me feeling pretty disguised and dirty to think I have been sleeping on that mattress without any protector. I have added some of the photos of it

1.0Nothing. Poor. False advertisement of property. Not how it was sold. Was not suitable. Terrible smell in room. Had to go to reception on three occasions to ask for key. Didn’t get asked how the stay was. Nothing looked like it was sold to myself. Never been so disappointed by a property I have stayed in ever. The room smelt of mould and was dirty
