A cama é muito boa e a cortina veda bem a luz e o som!

− Não teve serviço de limpeza do quarto. Não encontrei alça para colocar na porta para tal ou se realmente não tinha o serviço (isso não ficou claro)

Gostei da localização e a cama é boa

− Um parto pra conseguir cumprir todos as etapas de checkin deles. Existe um processo de checkin que consiste em: esperar uma mensagem no whatsapp (que demorei a receber), entrar num site da Charlie e preencher ficha e fazer facial, esperar novamente uma msg no WhatsApp com confirmação e informação de acesso ao prédio. Como reservei enquanto estava no aeroporto, fiquei 40 minutos fora do prédio à noite aguardando esse processo funcionar. Cheguei a desistir e reservei um hotel pra aquela noite. 2 minutos depois finalmente aprovaram e fiquei com as duas reservas. Perdi a do hotel. Os materiais do quarto são “baratos” e apesar de o imóvel parecer novo, já mostra deterioração no banheiro. Achei meio nojento o chão do box e a peça pra abrir o chuveiro estava quebrada. Espero nunca mais precisar alugar um imóvel nesse rede Charlie.
