Great property and within walking distance to Two Rivers shopping center and mall.

The location was great and the free parking was a definite perk. Getting into London from this location is a bit of a hassle. There was a shopping center, Two Rivers, that you could walk to in about 8 minutes. It had grocery stores and restaurants along with shopping. Here are the cons: Once I booked I received several emails asking for a cleaning fee (the floors were dirty, my socks were black on the bottom) another email wanting a deposit. A third email requesting pictures of IDs and we had to sign an agreement and put in an arrival time. I never received an email with check in instructions. I thought maybe they would come right before we said we would be there but they never did. I called several numbers that were listed and finally got ahold of a gentleman who told me I had to download a whatsap to receive the checkin instructions. When I asked if he could just email them he said no and then hung up on me. So I downloaded the app and called him back and finally received checkin instructions. The next morning I took a luke warm shower and the 3 others traveling with me had to wait 20 minutes in between for it to heat back up. Our last night we noticed the water wasn't warm at all. We used the whatsap with no response so we had to pay to make another phone call to get ahold of someone. He came out and fixed it, but at first he was struggling to get it to work and was going to leave. We had to be pushy about needing hot water. I would not book with them again.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The communication was really good and clear instructions given. Would certainly book again if travelling back down that area!

The property is not located next to a very nice area, but the back is beautiful. They need to leave more shampoo and soap if they want to say that is provided. Otherwise, it was great and thanks for the coffee!!
