10.0Just a unique and wonderful experience at Balian resort. Located in a perfect area in Shinjuku, it’s close to everything but just far enough to be quiet. The staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. Rooftop terrace, garden for dining, all types of food and personal items for free. It was truly great!

4.0Quarto e banheiro muito pequenos. O banheiro então e ridículo! Café com poucas opções e entregue no quarto. Situado em uma área degradada de Tóquio. Comunicação pessimamente pois ninguém do staff entende uma palavra de inglês.

10.0It is kind of a love hotel, but u can stay for a long time. Room was clean and a lot of amenities.

10.0Room was perfect size. TV, Bluetooth in room and bathroom, ‘camping’ style amenities. Big bathtub in a good sized wet/shower room. Separate toilet. Breakfast delivered by preferable time every morning with vegan and gluten free options. Snacks, ice cream, drinks and soup in the lobby. Staff was super nice and they Gave us a gift when we left. Walking distance to main Shinjuku station and all the shopping. Would stay again.
