Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße etwas abseits des Zentrums. Trotzdem waren alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem in etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche, insbesondere die Küche, waren gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat.

− Ein paar Punkte hätten den Aufenthalt allerdings noch angenehmer gemacht. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Zudem war das Zimmer vergleichsweise klein und bot nur wenig Abstell- bzw. Stauraum für Gepäck und persönliche Gegenstände. Auch die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack nicht besonders bequem. Außerdem lag unser Zimmer direkt zur Straße. Obwohl die Seitenstraße insgesamt ruhig ist, waren nachts – insbesondere bei geöffnetem Fenster – vorbeifahrende Autos und Motorräder deutlich zu hören. Da das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte, musste das Fenster im Sommer geöffnet bleiben, wodurch der Verkehr den Schlaf teilweise gestört hat. Insgesamt überwiegen für uns dennoch die positiven Eindrücke. Wer eine saubere Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung und gut ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsbereichen sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Very adorable couple, greeting me at the door. They didn’t speak English and I didn’t know Portuguese but we still managed to talk through signs and some help of google translation. Same goes for the son who was easily reachable through mail and would reply quickly. Sometimes the hosts were not at home to ask questions but then I got very quick responds via mail. I also loved that there was a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine!!! Everything was kept very tidy. The room was perfect in size and had a lot of space for my belongings. Only downside is it’s faced to the Main Street and there was a lot of noise starting very early in the morning with construction workers and people getting ready for work. There is a nice balcony looking at the backyard with two pretty cats lingering around. A very cozy atmosphere. Another thing I very much appreciated was that the hosts were open to be flexible around check out time and allowed me to leave later since my shuttle bus came quite late and I wanted to go surfing one more time before leaving :) very much appreciated

− I would very much recommend for the room I stayed in to have some curtains that aren’t see through to have more privacy since it was a shared balcony or the owner had to pass by my balcony and could then see inside. As a female solo traveler I would have appreciated more privacy and safety measures. Also would love to have a small bin in the room.

Ci siamo trovati super bene. La struttura era accogliente, molto pulita e in una posizione comodissima per le spiagge e per visitare la zona. Soggiorno davvero piacevole, la consigliamo!
