Potentially a good hotel but staff need better training.
4.0The bed. The towels. The window.
− Can't reach the soap when in the bath. Wardrobe too small and too short for suit and dress bags. No air conditioning. Lift slow. Breakfast staff were not professional. One room key card stopped worhing after one day and had to be replaced. Difficult to see traffic when leaving the car park because of parked cars on the street. Room not serviced until after 1pm. No water to drink. Being trapped in stair well.
