8.0It was veey cosy, and secluded. Nice neighbours 😆 (Rams and Chickens, Turkeys and a Peacock 🦚) lovely outside area, would be great in the summer
− The heating didn't have instructions unfortunately, so the baby woke up at 2am as it was really cold, so not a great nights sleep. The TV was on Sports mode or Motion plus which couldn't be turned off and made it difficult to watch anything for long Other than those things, it was a lovely stay and a great location for us to visit family. We would like to come again

9.0Very quiet and peaceful. The open plan sitting room /kitchen was excellent. Large comfortable sofa. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful large garden and pen with peacock. turkeys, geese).
− A bit hard to find from the Postcode, but 2 helpful, friendly locals directed us to the property. (A small sign for Waen Las was hidden by hedge growth). The bedrooms are very small but quite adequate for a short stay. It was very 'fiddly' to work out how to change the TV channel.
