10.0Spacious, well-kept property. The balcony is nice to sit out on (it is north facing so gets no sunshine). Plenty of instructions where to find everything. Easy to access beach for early morning walks
− It would be useful to mention that this property is on the upper level i.e. install a sign on the ground floor pointing this out
