8.0The staff was very nice. I reserved a Double Bed but was given a King Bed. We made it worked but other than that the stay was nice.

1.0Nothing!!!!! Terrible hotel.
− They canceled my reservation at 2:47pm on the arrival date. This is crazy. Full of lies. I came to check in at 3pm, they told me my booking was canceled. They sent email at 2:47pm. Check in time is 3pm. Very last min. And they don't tell me why. They hide their mistakes ( probably over booking)

10.0It feels like you are actually staying at a condo. Very nice, convenient and comfortable. Our favorite is the spacious rooms, and pets are welcome.
