6.0Voglio dedicare questa recensione agli aspetti positivi del soggiorno, primo fra tutti il cibo: davvero eccellente. I piatti erano curati, abbondanti e preparati con materie prime di qualità. Si nota l'attenzione in cucina, sia nella presentazione che nei sapori. Una delle migliori esperienze gastronomiche che abbiamo avuto in una struttura di questo tipo. Anche il personale merita una menzione: sempre cordiale e disponibile, si è mostrato attento alle nostre esigenze. Quando abbiamo avuto dei problemi in camera, ci hanno offerto un vino della casa come gesto di scuse, un pensiero che abbiamo apprezzato. La struttura in sé è accogliente e curata negli ambienti comuni. Per chi cerca un posto dove mangiare bene ed essere accolto con gentilezza, questi sono sicuramente i punti di forza.
− Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato pesantemente condizionato da problemi tecnici alla camera, in particolare alla jacuzzi, che era uno dei motivi principali per cui avevamo scelto questa sistemazione. Primo problema: al nostro arrivo la vasca emanava un forte odore anomalo e sgradevole. Il personale è intervenuto, ma per la riparazione la camera è rimasta occupata per circa tre ore, durante le quali non abbiamo potuto usufruirne. Tre ore di vacanza perse ad aspettare. Secondo problema, ancora più grave: la sera, quando abbiamo acceso l'idromassaggio, l'acqua ha allagato completamente la camera. Secondo la receptionist, le impostazioni della vasca erano errate: un errore di configurazione che non sarebbe dovuto arrivare fino all'ospite, soprattutto dopo un intervento tecnico avvenuto poche ore prima. Come compensazione ci è stato offerto solo un vino della casa. Un gesto gentile, ma assolutamente non proporzionato al disagio subito: per due problemi di questa entità nella stessa giornata, uno sconto sulla camera sarebbe stato il minimo. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe potenzialità. Consiglio alla direzione di rivedere la manutenzione degli impianti e le politiche di rimborso in caso di disservizi.
