The worst hotel I booked

It’s bad stay in this villas. When I tell him I want to change because there was too much insect and spiders everywhere inside the bedroom,also bad smell for the sewage, The cover and the blanket for mattress like for housemate.then electricity was cut off for a full day..cold water can’t take shower or make iron ,,etc
