− Ужасно грязный подъезд! Просто катакомбы! Это не самое главное: Я два дня писала в чат Букинга, хозяину апартаментов, вопрос о том, где и как я могу забрать ключи, тк это не отель, а просто многоквартирный дом. Никто не ответил. Я написала время прибытия. Тишина. В день заселения, я звонила раз 100 собственнику апартаментов на номер указанный в письме с подтверждением, которое прислали мне с Букинга. Никто не отвечает! Мы с сыном приехали, поднялись на 28 этаж (ужасно грязный подъезд, катакомбы самые настоящие, не сиотря на то, что дом новый), стучим в дверь, никто не открывает. Каким то чудом, мой муж (находясь в другой стране) смог дозвониться и……хозяин сказал, что апартамент заняты, тк там проживают люди и бросил трубку!!! В итоге, мы остались на улице, вечером, в другой стране, с сумками, без интернета и т.д. Я с таким СВИНСТВОМ сталкиваюсь в первые. При этом, с меня должны были списать полную стоимость за то, что я не заехала!
