The location was awesome, the room was very spacious and also quite tall, which helped with the immense heat during my stay (although there is no air conditioning unfortunately).

− Upon arrival, my door key did not function (the key is just a website for your smartphone). I tried calling them, as there is no 24/7 reception, but noone replied, but they called back after 5 minutes to help me, after which the door opened no problem. The key was also only active for 1 day (I stayed 2 nights), so I had to call them again the next day for them to reactivate me. I would have really preferred a real room key or at least an electronic key card or similar. Also, as others have noted, the door to the toilet is physically unable to be closed. Was okay, if annoying, for me alone, but would be an absolute no-go if traveling with others.

Sehr schlechter Zustand für den Preis - dringend abzuraten - Lage sehr gut

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt, Ausgehviertel, Museen etc. war sehr gut. Obwohl das Bett sehr weich war, habe ich gut geschlafen. Dazu trug auch die Lage des Zimmers zum Hinterhof bei. Die bodenenbene Dusche war sehr funktionell.

− Der Zugang zum Hotel und den Zimmern ist nur mit einem Smartphone möglich. Dies war bei der Buchung nicht angegeben. Bei mir funktionierte das Öffnen des Zimmers zunächst nicht. Glücklicherweise war zu dem Zeitpunkt jemand im Hotel, um zu unterstützen. Grundsätzlich ist nur wenige Stunden pro Tag überhaupt jemand im Hotel. Das Zimmer hatte nur eine Deckenleuchte - keine Nachrischlampe oder eine Lampe am "Schreibtisch. Die beiden Fensterster ließen sich nur einen sehr kleinen Spalt zum Lüften öffenen, da die unmittelbar über dem Fensterrahmen angebrachte Gardinenstange bzw. die Gardine selbst ein richtiges Öffnen verhinderte. Die Gardinen an beiden Fenstern passten in der Länge ganz und gar nicht und schleiften ca. 30-50 über den Teppichboden. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, des Bettlakens war nicht ok. Die "goldenen" Armaturen waren teilweise sehr verkalkt, der Toilettensitz/Deckel war viel zu klein für die Schüssel und war sehr locker. Am Sonntag wurde das Zimmer überhaupt nicht aufgeräumt oder gereinigt. Das war auch bei den Mitreisenden so.

Die Lage ist gut, der Bahnhof ist nah und die historische Innenstadt ebenfalls. Dennoch ruhig.

− Bett kleiner als in der Beschreibung angegeben, Wasserhahn im Bad ist lose und wackelt, nur eine Deckenleuchte im Zimmer ( keine Beleuchtung am Bett), Vorhänge sind kaum oder nur schwer zu bewegen, die Verdunkelung dadurch mühsam und nur eingeschränkt möglich, Zimmerschlüssel nur als Link über Whatsapp erhältlich. Nur kurze Zeiten mit Personal vor Ort.

De locatie is perfect, maar :-(:

− Er waren haren en vlekken op laken & bedovertrek; geen lamp bij het bed dus alleen een dekenlamp met schakelaar aan de deur. Dekenlamp in de badkamer werkte helemaal niet dus alleen een donker lampje boven de wastafel beschikbaar. =
