Apartamento realmente muito bom, com vista para o mar, e muito bem localizado.

− As vagas de garagem são um problema, feitas para carros pequenos, tivemos muita dificuldade para colocar os carros na garagem.

Decepcionante pelo estado que encontramos o imóvel e dificuldade de manobrar o carro na garagem.

A localização é boa, saída diretamente na praia. Prédio localizado no final da praia, onde o número de frequentadores não é tão alto. Tem supermercado bom próximo. Apartamento espaçoso, acomoda 9 pessoas. Chuveiros bons. Cervejeira boa.

− Apartamento mal conservado (paredes / papel de parede e cadeiras da cozinha e mesa); má higienização das gavetas dos armários da cozinha e do piso; roupas de camas sujas dentro dos armários (tivemos que comprar lençol e lavar as demais para utilizar); toalhas de banho e rosto (todas sujas e algumas molhadas no varal); eletrodomésticos engordurados na parte interna; geladeira suja e com restos de comida dentro; forno elétrico estragada (não foi possível usar); TV só funciona um canal público; máquina de lavar antiga (não seca); fornecidas apenas 1 chave e 2 tags; garagem muito estreita e difícil de estacionar; excesso de enfeites, cortinas e tapetes inapropriados para imóvel na praia e com bolor. O gás acabou na hora do almoço e fogão tinha forte cheiro de gás (após uso tinha que desligar a entrada do gás / difícil acesso). Cheiro de cigarro no apartamento.
