10.0Wow, we can’t say enough about our stat at the Shore House. The entire property was amazing, but the Shore House felt exceptionally accommodating towards families. Sam & Jason with the Valet team made our arrival and departure super smooth. We will be back!

10.0My newly wed wife and I went to The Del for our honeymoon after finding out that Airbnb was not up to par. We showed up on a whim just before droves of people were about to check in behind us. The lady who helped us was named Diana and she performed nothing less than a small miracle. She found us a room for 3 nights, which was a stretch on our budget, but she was proactive and asked if we were seniors or had any other discounts, which we did. She was able to reduce our room cost by 15% and get us a room with a great view! After being there for the first two nights I decided that we should go to the expense of one more night (4 nights in total) to fulfill our original trip dates. Initially when I called down to the front desk the person said we would have to move rooms, and that the rate would be much higher. I asked for Diana but she wasn’t there at the time. I ended up seeing Diana at the front desk the next morning and told her about our situation of having to move rooms and the higher rate. Diana immediately jumped on the computer and fixed everything! She said we could stay in our same room at the same rate moments later and even sent us flowers 🌹 to celebrate our honeymoon! Diana is an asset to this company and should be promoted immediately!
