Beautiful stay in the hearth of pedestrian area
10.0We picked this hotel due to location and parking facilities. Note that additional fees apply for parking. Breakfast was excellent!

10.0The garden was very pretty, the birds (including colibri) loved it too. The overall design was very unique, featuring hand-made wooden furniture and details. The staff was very friendly and helpful (thanks for helping me park the car). The breakfast was tasty and varied. What we liked the most was the personalized experience and direct communication with the staff.
− The shower made the whole bathroom very humid, however, it could be fixed by drying the floor and opening the door to ventilate.
Boutique hotel in garden setting
9.0The hotel has a lot of character and charm. The gardens are lovely and a good view over the port. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect in the touristy are that is the nicest part of town. It’s a boutique hotel geared for relaxing so there is no TV in the room - we were pleased by this but some would not be. Security is important in Valparaiso so the secure car park was a relief for us during our stay. Staff are helpful and friendly.

10.0El jardín por lejos lo que más me gustó, tiene un paisajismo precioso, lleno de verdes, flores, colibríes..una maravilla. El desayuno también delicioso, mermeladas y queques deliciosos hechos por la dueña , ambos un amor y el personal también. La habitación precisa, con hermosa vista, rica ducha, estufa. Todo excelente!

7.0Excelente atención del personal pero nos cobraron un valor diferente al reservado por booking.
− Que nos cobrarán extra, solicité una habitación por booking matrimonial, en la mañana del mismo día, el alojamiento me avisa a través de mensaje por booking, que no está disponible la habitación que reserve, pero si otra habitación en la que debo pagar un extra adicional……., además al momento del check out me estaban cobrando $15.000 por estacionamiento, reclame ya que no utilice este servicio. También su ubicación, no me gustó, no queda cerca de ningún ascensor de Valparaíso y si se viene del centro o terminal caminando hay que subir una escalera enorme, oscura e insegura sobre todo de noche ya que varios chicos se juntan a beber.
